How to Download Game-Specific Reports in Kunjani

You can download CSV reports for any individual game directly from the game's Reports tab. This feature helps you analyze game-specific data in a structured format.

1. Locate the Reports Tab

  • Go to your chosen game.
  • Under the Assessments tab.
  • Click on the Reports tab beneath it.

This is different from the dedicated **Reports** page, which allows you to compile reports across multiple games.

2. Choose a CSV Format

There are three available CSV formats. The most commonly used are Option 1 and Option 3:

Option 1: One Row per Learner

  • Each learner has a single row.
  • All data (answers, feedback, score, etc.) appears in that row.
  • Best for high-level summaries.

Option 3: One Row per Answer

  • Each answer is placed in its own row.
  • Learners who submitted multiple answers will have multiple rows.
  • Best for detailed analysis.

You can download both formats and compare them depending on your reporting needs.

3. Clean and Analyze Your Data

  • After downloading, you can process and clean the CSV data.
  • Kunjani will provide a separate guide on using tools like ChatGPT to package this data into clear, actionable insights.

Tip: Start with Option 1 for quick overviews, and use Option 3 if you need deeper learner-level insights.
